I love me a club sandwich…I mean who doesn’t?

Look at that!!  Love it!!

A simple sandwich but yet not so easy to find a real good one…solid bacon to turkey ratio, thickness of said meats, tomato coverage, just enough mayo, height, toast consistency, etc., etc.

I’m a traditionalist.  You can add ham or a slice of American if you want (anything else and it should NEVER be called a club!!)…but I’ll take the old turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato.  Some fries or chips and cole slaw and that my friends is a meal!

We have a little place tucked behind a Wendy’s next to our offices. A Diner called Eddie’s.  They make a GREAT club sandwich.

Had one today!
