There she is.  What a thing of beauty!  It’s the Country Scramble minus eggs from Alex’s in Berkley (MI).

Look at those chunks of bacon..YUMMY.

Yes, this was my breakfast.  Pancakes, scramble, toast, juice, milk and coffee.  Happy BACON SUNDAY to me…and to you!
