BACON SUNDAY V…Good Times…
Happy BACON SUNDAY V everyone…I hope you had an enjoyable day!

Better Half, Lil’ Baird and I celebrated by headin’ out to Canton to have breakfast with my brother, his wife and Jack Attack at a place called Alex’s Family Restaurant. It was some good eatin’…
They had some terrific pancakes! Airy, fluffly and a great vanilla scent and flavor. Seriously some of the best I have had in a long while. Everyone got in the spirit and ordered a side of bacon. It was good bacon, short slices though and a few ends weren’t cooked completely but hey, it was still tasty!
Here was a shot of the table right after the plates showed up.

My breakfast was the big pile of pancakes, sausage, bacon and hashbrowns right in front. Hey, I’m a growing boy.
And here is the same table, 20 minutes later…

Yeah…kind of destroyed EVERYTHING! I’m tellin’ ya, it was a tasty breakfast.
And from the looks of things, the kids got their fill…Lil’ Baird even has a case of “dunlop” disease, just like her daddy…

Baby Bellies…LOL…funny stuff!
So not a bad way to start the day at all. Happy BACON SUNDAY V!
Now a few BACON SUNDAY SHOUT OUTS!!! from some of the folks who “attended” today:
Marisa -
Huby is making bacon and egg b-fast as we speak… yummmm
Steve C. -
Had the bacon and eggs this morning.
Jason O. -
participated in Bacon Sunday V with his daughter. We had Bacon, eggs, and toast! I have to mention the great price on the Bacon: 3lbs of Oscar Mayer Bacon for $7.99. We didn’t eat it all today, although, sometimes I think we could…LOL
and last but not least Vicki (who even added a photo) -
I’m bringing the bacon from Southern California with a bacon and three egg quesadilla with spinach mushroom cheddarjack on sundried tomato tortilla (and an unpictured salsa), courtesy of Mystic Mocha in San Diego. It’s huge! There may be breakfast leftovers for dinner! Thanks for getting us out to our local breakfast joints for a great breakfast! Vikki

Here’s lookin’ forward to BACON SUNDAY VI!
