Curse you Zynga!!!

Since joining Facebook almost two years ago, I have become slightly addicted to a few of the games developed by Zynga.  Most notably, Mafia Wars!

The same group launched a new game about two weeks ago and I made the mistake of starting to play it.  Now, I’m addicted.

It’s called Cafe World.  Your job is to make various dishes that are tied to a number of experience points.  The more you level up, the more goodies you get and recipes you can make.

The VERY FIRST recipe – Bacon Cheeseburgers!!!

I just love video game bacon!

We’ll see if any more bacon is in the game as I keep advancing.

Oh my gawd…..

I have never heard or seen such a thing and I truly believe I am a better person for now knowing this exists.

This recipe was submitted to “Red Eye“, the Chicago Alt Paper, for a contest called the Virtual Kitchen Stadium where readers submit recipes for “Top Chef” winner, Stephanie Izard to judge.  After three weeks, a finalist is selected and will cook their dish with Stephanie at one of her Wandering Goat dinners.
