This Monday was the launch of Kentucky Fried Chicken’s newest creation, the KFC Double Down sandwich.  This is KFC’s first bacon related menu item so you know I had to try it.  It’s all for “science” right?

Much has been said about the sandwich across the interwebs this week and this won’t be a review specifically about the Double Down.  We run a bacon blog here so that is where we will focus our attention.
