As a kid, I hated broccoli!  Still not a huge fan of it even through I know how good it is for me.  I will only eat it 1) raw or 2) VERY lightly sauteed.

You all know that I LOVE BACON…that much is true.

So take some of that tasty, tasty meat and mix with raw broccoli and you’ve got something that even a non-broc lover like me would down by the spoonful.
