Okay, not gonna lie, completely stole that headline…but in my defense you really shouldn’t mess with perfection.

It’s another case of my world’s colliding as the process of making tasty bacon and Star Wars comes together in what seems to be a perfect union…

It’s a smoker with a paint job to appear as everyone’s favorite Astromech (unless you are a R5-D4 fan that is).  Just a wonderful example of nerd ingenuity!

On Monday we featured some art from Bacon.  Today is some bacon art!  A van Gogh to be exact!

Seriously, I am not this creative nor motivated…but I’ll celebrate the work of others all day long.

Okay, these are 18 kinds of awesome…

Bacon socks! BACON SOCKS! And these are actually stylish.  I’m thinking if I go with my tan slacks and a pink or orange “spring” shirt that I could pull these off at work.  They do have a little gray in them, but all that white just wouldn’t work with a dark pant.

Yeah, I’ve thought that much about these socks!

But wait, there is more.  I’ve never heard of the site selling these, but I think they are now one of my favorites.  The site is Ashi Dashi and they have some other really fun designs.  Hit the link and check them out.

Oh the bacon socks will set you back $12.00 a pair.  I think it’s worth it.
