Bacon Pic of the Day – It’s Fair Time!
We’ve talked about the wonders of Fair Food before (1, 2, 3, 4) but I just so much kid-like joy out of this photo that I had to share..and even I learned something new about the art of frying.
First, what a GREAT trailer! Especially LOVE the hot nurse with defib paddles 
. B) the plethora of bacon related products sold through this truck include: Beer Battered Bacon with Ranch & BBQ, Beer Battered Bacon Sandwiches, Garlic Butter Bacon Fries fired in oil and bacon fat as well as the now “old standby” ChocoBacon. Tres, the horrific Chocolate Covered Corn Dog and what is now my favorite Deep Fried Butter!
My heart is seezing just writing this…
We no longer have a state fair in Michigan, so I must live vicariously through all of you and photos such as this. Oh whoa is me.
