Introducing The Baconery!!
Out of the blue, I received an email from this guy Wesley with the subject “Have you seen this?” This was the email in it’s entirety:

So there you go! Although skeptical and against my better judgement, I clicked the link and what I found on the other side was this…(go ahead, click, experience for yourself, I’ll wait)

Yeah, right?! A slick, professional site that was selling some incredibly good looking bacon baked goods! Okay, maybe this Wesley guy was legit…so I write him back asking if he’d like to provide some “samples”. About three days later, this arrives…
Let’s get this to the kitchen…
What do we have here???
KA-POW!!! We’ve got chocolate covered bacon, chocolate coated pretzel sticks with bacon, bacon rice krispie treat, bacon chocolate brownie, bacon chocolate chip and chocolate peanut butter bacon cookies! Now THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT PEOPLE!!! SAMPLES! But not just a single cookie or piece of choco-bacon but practically his whole store (or a least a very strong representative sample) in a box!
Friends let me tell you this, The Baconery is for real! Every single piece in that box was delicious and the they DO NOT SKIMP on the bacon as hopefully this photo will show…
Nothing but thick cut here!
Favorites? The chocolate chip cookie. I’m just a sucker for a good chocolate chip and this is really a good cookie at it’s core. Then you add nice bigs cuts of bacon and you’ve got a really special treat. But let me say this again, there is not a bad bite in this box…not one!
But hey, don’t take my word for it. Wesley was kind enough to allow me to give away another sample box to one of my friends.
