Etsy Week – A Badge for US…
So let me ask you, my 10′s of readers…if we had to create requirements to earn this badge, what would those be?
- Eat a pound in one sitting?
- Consume bacon in dessert form?
- Cure your own?
- Store and cook with bacon grease?
- Own a piece of “unapologetic” bacon wear?
Let’s get our heads together and come up with a list of achievements (drop them in the comments)…who knows, maybe this becomes the “official” patch of TDB?

I think one should have to produce something. Either make their own bacon or make some sort of structure out of it? Or maybe, try 10 different small batch/artisanal types of bacon and review them??
I think people should earn this patch, (you can’t just go eat a bacon-ator and get the patch). Dina, I like the idea of creating a structure out of bacon like, The Leaning Tower of Bacon or The Eiffel Bacon Tower. Or maybe a “Pay It Forward” sevice where readers would give a pound of bacon to someone less fortunate in the bacon world. They would have to submit a story and pictures of their journey.
