Happy Birthday to Us! The Daily Bacon is 2…

Yup, on 1/1/09 we carved out our little corner on the interwebs and here we are still going strong!  A TON of stuff has happened along the way…it’s been a ride.  I thank all of you who have found your way here and actually keep coming back. 

Here are some stats from over the past two years:

• 816 – number of posts
• 44,526 - page views
• 27,228 – number of unique visitors
• 264 – busiest day on 9/2/10
• 1,019 – busiest week (12/27/10 – 1/2/10)
• 3,938 - busiest month (Dec. 2010)
• Most viewed post – Bacon Maple Milkshake
• 399 Facebook fans…we just started our fan page this year! YEAH!

It may not seem like a lot compared to other sites out there, but it is entirely more than I ever imagined.  And as you can see from our busiest week and month, we are really just hitting our stride.
