About two weeks ago we had a food truck rally in the parking lot of my building. It was rainy and just plain miserable, but I was determined to get out there and sample.

One of the trucks, The Mac Shack, was doing a serious amount of business. Given the gloomy, cold day, it seemed their warm, gooey mac & cheese was going to hit the spot. So in the line I went to get my order of “The Bacon Made Me Do It“.
