KFC’s Plan to Kill You, Now with Bacon…
Oh good lord…
First watch this commercial:

and now, the photo:

Yes, you viewed / heard right…two breaded chicken breasts covering cheese, bacon and the Colonel’s “special sauce”. It’s called the Double Down Sandwich…a name that closely mirrors the type of ailment (double coronary) and medical procedure (double bypass) you might need should you eat these.

This is wrong on so many levels..seriously…my stomach is turning just writing this post.
Yes, but Michael…will you try it??????????

BTV – What Would Brian Boitano Make?
So this weekend was the premier of “What Would Brian Boitano Make?” on the Food Network and I gotta say, it was a good show.

What is Brian Boitano doing with a cooking show you ask? Well, he’s a foodie! He’s also pretty funny and engaging. Some of the scripted stuff is a little over the top but then again, this is a cooking show with Brian Boitano.
I don’t know how much of the recipes are his on the show, but the first episode featured some great food that was simple to make. My favorite: Crab & Avocado Crostini.
So Michael…crab??? Really??? Where’s the bacon???
Here’s your bacon, in the show preview for his next episode airing on August 30th…
Derby Girls
After sharing post-game Bacon Martinis with an all girl roller derby squad, Brian invites the team to his house for a dinner party. All of Brian’s simple and succulent recipes are created with the ladies’ favorite ingredient – Bacon!
That’s right – the whole ep is BACON BABY!!!!
So tune in next week…
Until then, here’s a link to a video of Brian making a “Bacone“.
