I did something today that I haven’t been able to do for a while…I got in my car and left my office for lunch!

Just across the street from Detroit’s “famous” Slows Bar BQ sits a recently re-opened corner bar, the Mercury.  Now re-named Mercury Burger & Bar.

That’s all you had to say!

Let’s have some lunch…

This is the “Juicy”, cheese stuffed patty with bacon*, more cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, green olives*, pickles and special sauce*!  Oh, and a side of sea salt fries.

BAM!

I’m telling you, it’s getting really hard to have a bad hamburger around this town…and that’s a good things for the taste buds (not so good for dunlop over my belt).
