My Kinda Event – Pig & Whiskey 2012…

What are you doing Saturday?  Me, I’ll be in fashionable Ferndale…

The second annual Pig & Whiskey will descend upon downtown Ferndale for a full weekend of BBQ, whiskey sampling and outdoor entertainment! After enjoying enormous success in 2011, the event has grown to two full days —Saturday, July 14th and Sunday, July 15th— plus a “Pre-Party” on Friday, July 13th.

Pig & Whiskey will showcase Southeast Michigan’s best barbecue restaurants while highlighting unique and delicious pork, beef and barbecue dishes. Furthermore, there will be plenty of bourbon, scotch, and whiskey brands available to sample.  There will also be a beer tent for those seeking an alternative to whiskey.
